Yuvashakti Arts and Science College, Amravati is run by Yuvashakti Samajik and Shaikshanik Sanstha, Amravati. The college was founded in the year 2000. Knowledge, Science and Values are the backbone of every society. And education has to play an important role in realizing these ideals. The college is established with a view to provide education to the students from urban, semi urban and rural areas. The college has created a special identity in the district by organizing various social and cultural programmes. The college is trying hard to disseminate knowledge from Arts and Science streams to the Students. Even though man has made tremendous progress in the 21st century in the field of science and technology, he is grappling with many major problems like social inequality, communalism, casteism, intolerance and extreme consumerism and making life directionless, declined moral values is also a big problem. There are signs that once again we are likely to enslave ourselves with a number of superstitions. Our mind is cramped with caste, religion, sect, race gender and region. If we have to come out of all these things, we will have to educate our young generation with the teachings of our great men. Out institution is trying to address these issues through arranging various activities and programmes on equality, values and ethics, environmental awareness and so on.

A spacious college building with a good playground, a laboratory, a library is under construction. Besides, we have hard working and qualified teaching staff who is always ready to guide the students properly so that the students can develop their personalities. Many of our college ex-students made their careers and they are successfully working in various fields today. To create graduates is not the only task of a college, but to make good citizens is the motto of our college.
