Yuvashakti Arts & Science College, Amravati established in 2000 by Yuvashakti Samajik and Shaikshanik Sanstha, Amravati and affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. The college was started with a vision to provide an opportunity to the students willing to take higher education and to transform their lives by making them self-reliant and responsible citizen of India. The college offered Under Graduate (UG) courses in the faculty of Arts and Science. In the Arts faculty, along with subjects like Political Science, Sociology, and Philosophy; the college also offers practical subjects like Geography and Home-economics.

In the Science stream contemporarily relevant and modern subject like Petrochemical science, Biotechnology and Industrial chemistry are also started for the benefit of neighborhood. The college is situated in the lower middle working class locality. Most of the students admitted from economically backward families. So it becomes challenging task to bring these students in the main stream of higher education. For that we have dedicated and hard-working staff who strive to develop the learning competencies among the students. As a result many of our students are placed in private and government sectors. The college also strives for all round development of students by offering them opportunity to participate in various co- curricular and extra- curricular activities.
